Housing Programs

RHFI provides affordable housing to low-income and displaced families through its Recoletos Quadruplex Housing Project. Each unit offers a safe, decent home that promotes stability and community growth. Beneficiaries pay minimal monthly amortizations designed to match their income level. The program encourages shared responsibility, cooperation, and faith-centered living. It remains a cornerstone of RHFI’s mission to uplift families with dignity.

Beyond providing shelter, the housing program fosters a strong sense of community among residents. RHFI also ensures transparency and accountability through clear agreements and regular consultations, helping families build both security and pride of ownership.

Health Services

Through the St. Ezekiel Moreno Health Center, RHFI delivers accessible and compassionate healthcare to residents and nearby communities. Services include medical consultations, dental care, laboratory tests, and minor procedures at affordable rates. Managed by the Siervas de Maria Ministers to the Sick, the center also conducts medical missions and outreach programs. Indigent patients may receive free medicines and fee waivers. The program promotes holistic well-being, rooted in care and compassion.

These initiatives ensure that even the most vulnerable members of the community receive the attention and treatment they deserve. By combining professional care with spiritual support, RHFI upholds the belief that true healing begins with compassion.

Education initiatives

RHFI nurtures learning through its St. Ezekiel Academy–Recoletos and Day Care Center, offering early childhood and basic education to children in the community. The programs focus on intellectual, moral, and spiritual development, guided by Catholic values. Parents are encouraged to take an active role in their children’s education through regular meetings and participation. RHFI also promotes literacy among adults through reading and writing classes. Education remains a vital tool in empowering families and shaping a brighter future.

Through these educational efforts, RHFI helps instill discipline, responsibility, and a sense of purpose in young learners. The foundation’s commitment to lifelong learning strengthens families and ensures that every child has the opportunity to dream and succeed.

Livelihood Projects

The foundation empowers residents with practical skills and livelihood training to help them achieve financial independence. Programs include dressmaking, cooking, gardening, and small-scale enterprises like trisikad operations. These opportunities help families generate income and support their daily needs. RHFI also conducts values formation and cooperative development seminars to strengthen community cooperation. Through livelihood, beneficiaries gain confidence, purpose, and self-reliance.

By promoting entrepreneurship and productivity, RHFI helps families break the cycle of poverty. These livelihood projects not only improve income but also foster dignity, pride, and lasting community development.
