La Salud Water
La Salud Water Refilling Station is a community-based enterprise committed to providing safe, clean, and affordable drinking water to families, institutions, and businesses in Bacolod City.
The RESOURCE–Handumanan Foundation, Inc. (RHFI) began as a housing and community development project led by Fr. Antonio Palacios, OAR, in partnership with the University of Negros Occidental–Recoletos (UNO-R) and Spanish donors.
